GitHub Login
GitHub login
You can search public repositories on the Repositories page without linking an account. To list and connect your private repositories, you need to log in with GitHub.
Login with GitHub on the Repositories
page starts the login
flow. The first time you log in, GitHub prompts you for credentials and asks you
to authorize the Signaloid app for the repo and read:user scopes. GitHub
then sends you back to the platform, which completes the login in the background
and returns you to the Repositories page.
On every subsequent visit, Login with GitHub logs you in automatically without prompting for credentials. The toolbar then replaces it with your GitHub avatar and username, and hovering the account button reveals GitHub Logout, which ends the GitHub session from inside the platform.
Once you are logged in, you can search GitHub for any repository, public or private, and connect it to your account.
