Organizations

The Organizations tab manages the organization your account belongs to. What you see depends on your tier and whether you are already in an organization:

  • If your account is in an organization, the tab opens with three sub-tabs: Members, Usage, and Settings.
  • If you are on an Enterprise tier and not yet in an organization, the tab shows a Create Your Organization form with an organization-name field and Create Organization.
  • If you are on any other tier and not in an organization, the tab shows an Organizations card with a benefits list and Upgrade to Enterprise (), which links to Billing.

Roles​

The platform distinguishes two roles: Owner and Member. Both roles can view members and usage. Owners can also invite members, remove members, and change a member's role between Owner and Member.

Members​

The Members sub-tab lists everyone in the organization in a table with the following columns:

  • Email Address. A You chip marks the signed-in user. An Invitation Pending chip marks an account that has been invited but has not joined.
  • UserID. The member's Signaloid user ID. The column is hidden by default. Turn it on from the column-settings menu in the table header.
  • Role. An inline selector. Owners can switch any member between Owner and Member. Members see the selector as read-only. The platform prevents removing the last Owner, so an Owner cannot demote themselves if they are the only Owner remaining.
  • Actions. A Remove member () icon button.

Owners see an Invite Members action above the table. Remove member () removes any other member after a confirmation, or cancels a pending invitation.

You can also remove yourself from the same row, which signs you out immediately. If you are the last remaining Owner, you cannot remove yourself. Promote another member to Owner first.

Usage​

The Usage sub-tab reports Concurrent Builds, Concurrent Tasks, and Cloud Storage across the organization, each as current usage against the organization tier allowance. For how these relate to per-account quotas, see Usage.

Settings​

The Settings sub-tab shows three read-only fields: Organization Name, Organization ID, and Tier. Tier is the organization tier, which sets the allowances the Usage sub-tab measures against.

To delete an organization, email Signaloid support.
